SMR-260B-Q/261-8 2.1 VOC Epoxy Primer/Sealer Black
This sale is for a quart of fast dry black 2.1 lbs/gallon voc epoxy primer (SMR-260B-Q) and an 8oz can of epoxy catalyst (SMR-261-8).
The SMR-260 is 2.1 lbs/gallon voc and compliant everywhere.
The SMR-260 is a fast dry, easy sanding 2K epoxy primer with great color and gloss holdout.
- Easy 4:1 mix primer with optional 5-10% reduction with 0 voc reducer (SMR_0075)

Clean surface with a Wax and Grease Remover. Sand metals or old paint with 180-220 grit and re-clean.
SPRAY GUN SETUP
HVLP Gun: Fluid Tip 1.3-1.6 mm, Spray Pressure 8-10 psi
Epoxy Primer should be applied in medium wet coats, with a 10-minute flash period between each (at 70 °F). One to two coats is enough to achieve the desired dry film thickness. Epoxy primer may be topcoated after approximately 30 minutes per coat, or up to about 3 days. After three days, the primer MUST be sanded prior to topcoat application.

For the price your paying for this product it's well worth it. I have seen some of the negative reviews about this product, but they were obviously from inexperienced painters. ALOT of crying about how thick the product is, duh buy some reducer and use it and use the right gun tip.I will continue to use the product works great and cost is right.
